    This charming spacious period property has been sympathetically converted to a very high standard and is delightfully set within the owners' grounds, yet complete privacy is assured during your stay.

    Situated on the edge of the hamlet of Tomnavoulin in the heart of the beautiful Glenlivet Estate. This is an ideal base for walking, cycling, pony trekking and fishing or to relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery and wildlife of the Cairngorms National Park. There are numerous visitor attractions within an hour of Tomnavoulin, including the Malt Whisky Trail, the Highland Wildlife Park, Loch Garten, the beautiful Moray Firth coast with its mixture of cliffs and magnificent sandy beaches and castles such as Balmoral, Balvenie, Ballindalloch and Corgarff.

    The accommodation offers TWO large bedrooms: 1 twin with en-suite bathroom with bath and WC on the first floor, 1 further twin on the ground floor. Gallery room: located upstairs with day bed, seating area and desk. Shower room: with WC located on ground floor. Lounge: with TV, freesat, DVD/video and piano.
