Hillside is a lovely 2 bed bungalow with super amenities, outside space and car parking . Its a great location to use as a base to visit lots of local attractions, Norwich (use the park and ride 2 each), super seaside resorts, Oulton Broad and local towns and villages. Very nice cottage, well equipped and in a good location. Nice to see a muntjac in the garden on a couple of early-morning occasions. Local pub (The Wherry) serves nice meals but best to book in advance.

Lovely cottage with spacious front and back garden, full of wildlife (hedgehogs, muntjaks and a mole in the lawn). Friendly, helpful owners who live next door. Maybe the cottage is not recommended for people over 6 feet tall because of the low doorways. Quiet location in a little cul-de-sac.

Lovely, quiet location. Good, comfortable garden furniture to sit outside and listen to the birds. A very cosy cottage with a great log burner. Very comfortable and very peaceful. Not too far from shops and pubs. We had a very relaxing week, and would recommend a stay at Hillside!

Found the cottage easy enough, down little cul de sac off lane. Nice cosy place where owner popped in to show how to use log burner. Booklet there also to tell how to use oven too. Its in a very quiet area and only one pub in village to use (other one cut off by flooded road and fields) we didnt use the garden seating area as too wet and cold to siRead moret outside. Everything there to make it a comfortable stay. Parking in front of cottage is good. We used as a base for travelling around the area. Hide

Clean and comfortable, well equipped cottage with plenty of space. Pretty gardens back and front. Our only caveat was that it was overlooked but this would probably not be an issue for most people.

This is a beautiful cottage in a lovely, quiet area. The cottage is spotless and contains everything you need. The owners live next door and are very welcoming and friendly but not intrusive. Even the neighbour opposite chatted to us. The Wherry Inn is a 3 minute walk and serves good food. Beccles is a 5 minute drive and has a large Tesco if neededRead more. There are also lots of other beautiful places to visit further down the coast, such as Southwold. We were sad to leave and will definitely return. Hide
