This delightful cottage is located next to the owners cottage and benefits from a fantastic location in Oxfordshire with an abundance of picturesque villages to explore nearby.  Oxford is 7 miles away where you will find ancient and modern colleges, fascinating museums and galleries along with plenty of parks and green space to relax. For foodies, Raymond Blanc’s Two Michelin Star Le Manoir is in Great Milton, 2.7 miles away. Woodstock is 16 miles away and is home to Blenheim Palace, with the country home and gardens there being well worth a visit. Woodstock also provides a great starting point to explore The Cotswolds, famed for its honey-hues stone architecture across the region. For F1 lovers, Silverstone is 35 miles away and is a fantastic day out.

Step into the property and head straight into a fantastic garden room which has been designed to utilise the far-reaching views across the countryside. There is a large comfortable sofa and a Smart TV to be able to relax and watch a movie in a beautiful setting. Continue through into the lounge/diner which has been lovingly renovated whilst still in keeping the traditional cottage feel. There is a dining table for four along with a gas feature fire and more seating to wind down after a busy day exploring. For those nights when you prefer to eat in there is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven and induction hob, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is separate utility area with downstairs WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one king-size four poster bed and the other with a double. Completing the property is the bathroom with roll top bath, shower and WC.

The cottage has a large, well-maintained garden with inspiring views across the countryside. The owner has created a lovely outdoor seating area with gas BBQ, which also benefits from the lovely views, and provides a great space to get away from it all. The property is accessed through electric gates and there is parking for two cars on the large driveway. There is also secure outdoor storage for bikes.
