This first-floor apartment is perfect for couples and small families wanting a seaside break in the heart of a bustling village centre, less than a mile from the beach and the promenade. The popular theme park of Fantasy Island is less than 0.5 miles away, you can even see the tops of the roller coaster from the apartment. Ingoldmells Beach, set less than a mile away, offers long stretches of sandy beach with a year-round dog friendly area – the beach is popular for swimming. Don’t forget to make time to stop for fish and chips and an ice cream or two.

Take a flight of steps up to the apartment entrance and make yourself at home. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a social space to relax with good company, whether its making a hearty breakfast in the kitchen or simply relaxing with your feet up on the comfy sofa in the lounge in front of the Smart TV. There are two bedrooms each with a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a 2’6” twin on request) along with a Smart TV in both bedrooms.

Outside there is a raised balcony with seating to sit and enjoy the fresh air with views over the bustling high street.

Great location to all amenities, Elton and Michelle and there team are very friendly and helpful, the apartment is modern and very comfortable like a home from home and the bonus is they allow well behaved dogs. With your own parking space I would highly recommend

Stunning apartment. Very clean and homely. Comfy beds. Everything was in working order. Well equipped kitchen. Everything you need for your stay. Tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and milk sachets provided. Hand soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher cloths, cleaning spray and bleach. Small fridge with little freezer. We got 2/3 days worth of food in. BathRead moreroom has hand soap, little toiletries and toilet roll. Great location and close to the attractions in ingoldmells. Short walk to Fantasy Island. Hide

Lovely apartment every amenity well furnished & beautifully presented. The owner was welcoming & was always available if needed. The apartment was ideally positioned for us. Easy access to all the attractions in Ingoldmells & Skegness. Plenty of shops & eating places close by. Would definitely visit again.

What a beautiful apartment well furnished and equipped. Lovely location if you just want piece as not near the hustle of the market or fantasy island, but has shops and local pubs
