Property description
Location is everything in this selection of North Cornish apartments. They are very close to Watergate Bay, and they all have either garden or sea views. The beach here is famous for its sheer size and grandeur, with almost three miles of perfect sand at low tide. The surf and night time activity of Newquay is just a little further down the coast.
The one bedroom apartments embrace sunny, open plan, seaside style. Some have high, semi-vaulted ceilings which create a lovely sense of light and space and the sea facing apartments have balconies from which to enjoy the view. Each has a dining and kitchen area with practical laminate flooring throughout and some have an enclosed decking area – ideal for children. All mod cons are provided, including a widescreen TV, DVD player, iPod dock and WiFi access.
The bedroom in each has either a double or zip and link bed, plus a sofa bed in the living area. Each has a family bathroom.
Location
Right on the coast, above Watergate Bay in North Cornwall. A car is recommended.
Accommodation
The kitchen area has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor, microwave and washer/dryer. An iron, ironing board and hairdryer are also provided.
Outside the apartment, there is a surf shower to rinse off in after a day at the beach and a useful secure storage cage in the basement for your surfboards, wetsuits and beach toys.
Facilities
Pets are welcome in some of the apartments.
Parking is available at each apartment for one car.
Watergate Bay, Cornwall and the surrounding area
This is one of Cornwall’s most contemporary destinations, with exceptional facilities including the Extreme Academy which offers a great range of adrenaline sports, Fifteen Cornwall (the Jamie Oliver-inspired restaurant) and the legendary Beach Hut. Throughout the year, a wide range of events is held in the bay, from surf competitions to beach polo as well as family fun days.
