We had a lovely week and were very comfortable and happy staying at Sleepy Gull. An added bonus was being close to the bus stop for the Coastliner bus between Wells-next-the-Sea and Fakenham

Homely modern cottage, and convenient position. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Full Sky TV a welcome bonus, as was nice welcome pack. Our second visit, and our family have visited as well. When next in the area hope to return again.

We absolutely loved our (short) stay at Sleepy Gull. We arrived late on Friday evening and it was like walking into our own home, instant comfort! The welcome package was really lovely. Its a lot more spacious than it would appear and very well equipped. Great location, close to the seafront and easy to find. Warm and welcoming holiday home. Great location for the beach, eating out and buses up and down the coast. Hunstanton has it all, from busy seaside to quiet areas such as Old Hunstanton.

A very convenient location for the north coast wildlife areas, while being within a few minutes of the shops in Hunstanton by car. House is comfortable and warm with all the usual facilities. Everything works well, except the very low flow/pressure in the bathroom washbasin hot tap. We have been coming to Sleepy Gull for years and it has never beenRead more fixed despite reporting it regularly, as have others. Can this be sorted out, please? Hide

Other reviewers have said it all! A homely, well equipped, spotlessly clean, quiet, and lovely place to stay. Good value for money. Have holidayed in 50+ cottages over 30years and this is one of the very best. We will return.
