Situated in an elevated position close to the village of Cove, the property is ideally located for enjoying water sports on Loch Long and Gare Loch, with opportunities for sailing, kayaking, windsurfing and more nearby. Visit the beautiful Linn Botanic Gardens or Glen Arn Garden, which benefit from the warmth of the Gulf Stream, or head out to beautiful Loch Lomond to enjoy the stunning scenery. Hikers and mountain bikers will enjoy heading north into the stunning Trossachs National Park, or for those seeking more urban adventures, the lively city of Glasgow is within easy reach with a plethora of excellent restaurants and bars to explore.

Entering this impressive light-filled property, you come into the fabulously airy hallway with jukebox and downstairs wet room. The hallway leads into the immaculate kitchen, rammed with superb hi-spec appliances and with a convenient breakfast bar for keeping the chef company or to enjoy a quiet morning coffee. From the breakfast room you come into the spacious dining room, a cosy yet light room with superb views and patio doors leading onto the terrace outside – perfect for a drink on warm evenings. After a meal, head through to the luxurious sitting room. Sit back and relax on the large corner leather sofa and take in the sweeping views over to the loch through the floor-to-ceiling windows or enjoy a film with friends. At the end of the day, head up the open, solid oak staircase to the two stunning bedrooms – choose from the stylish, minimalistic king-size bedroom, with sleigh bed, TV and en-suite wet room, or the gorgeous super king-size master bedroom, with its sumptuous bed, beamed ceiling, floor-to-ceiling windows and huge balcony – a glorious place to sit and take in the views. The beautiful en-suite bathroom is designed in traditional Victorian style with elegant tiling and a stunning freestanding bath – perfect for luxuriating after a day out exploring.

Wander outside to discover the stylish slate deck that runs around the outside of the property , with luxurious loungers, a funky picnic table for al fresco meals and a luxurious hot tub jacuzzi where you can wallow with a glass of something chilled and admire the view across the lawn down to the twinkling loch. There is ample parking space for cars and covered parking in the car port.

The property is highly impressive and everything that it is advertised as (and more). Dripping with high-end fittings, furniture and appliances you'd be hard pressed to find fault with anything. What was extremely impressive was the level of cleanliness: it's rare indeed to find a rental property that feels and looks this immaculate and clean. This is a fabulous property (the adjective is considered and intentional). The location is gorgeous, uniquely placed on high ground overlooking the confluence of Gare loch, Loch Long and the firth of Clyde, with the looming hills of Argyll in the backdrop. People really need to know about this house as its as close to perfection you can get. When we first pulled up the views took our breath away we couldn't stop smiling. The house itself is stunning and has absolutely everything you could think of comfort and cleanliness are next level we actually couldn't believe how clean it was.
