Fantastic holiday home, in a perfect location within Beadnell. The beach is only a few minutes away. The property is immaculate with everything you need for a fabulous stay. The Landing is great for a nice glass of wine after a day on the beach, and seconds away from the property. We will definitely be back!

An exceptional place to stay. Comfy bed and sofas, big skies, wild rabbits, peacefully located close to the beach and very good places to eat, that you can stroll to. Everything you need for a memorable coast and castles holiday.

Lovely spacious, well furnished and generally very clean inviting property. Well situated near to beach and on quiet development. Disappointed with welcome hamper, jammy dodgers, tea and coffee for a higher end property could have been improved on. Nice quiet, sheltered and private outside terrace at rear of property. Enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying at Bernicia Sands. The house is so well designed with a beautiful, comfortable, open plan kitchen /lounge /diner, flooded with light from all sides. The location is suberb, just a few minutes walk from the unspoilt beach. We enjoyed watching the birds and wild rabbits through the window. Would definitely return.

First time used holiday cottages and have to say from start to finish they have been exceptional. Kept informed at every stage. The cottage exceeded our expectations. It is situated less than 5 minutes from the beach and seahouses is a 4 min car journey. The cottage is bright, full of windows, airy and full of top quality furniture and appliances.
