A superb hillside and stylish ground floor apartment, with fantastic views across the village and walking distance to the beach, making this the perfect base for families and couples alike.

In an elevated position with views across the village, this stylish ground floor apartment is a wonderful retreat. Perranporth is located on the stunning North Cornwall coast and this ever-popular resort town has a pub directly on the beach, and its stunning beach and waves are popular with tourists and locals alike. For the avid beachgoer, you can immerse yourself in the 3-mile-long stretch of golden sands. For walkers, escape to the South West Coast Path and enjoy walks to the east towards Newquay and west towards St Agnes, Porthtowan and Portreath, looking out for the occasional dolphin, seal or basking shark that call these waters home. There’s plenty of eateries and pubs to visit from your doorstep after a day adventuring.

Steps lead up to this elevated residence, its certainly worth the climb. Head inside the entrance and hang up your outer-wear. The entrance hall has a door to all rooms. The apartment has an incredibly stylish and calming interior throughout. The lounge is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring with a huge comfortable corner sofa and Smart TV, so sit back and relax whilst watching your favourite programme. The stunning kitchen/diner has everything you'll need to create a family meal including electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The utility has a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience. The king-size and super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) bedrooms are both incredibly spacious with tasteful furnishings, allowing you to completely unwind on your holiday with plenty of hanging space and dressing table to prepare for your day ahead. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.

Heading outside from the kitchen at the rear is a wet suit drying area and storage if required. To the front you can relax on the lounge seating admiring the view whilst the sunsets with the BBQ on the go. There is driveway parking for one car with additional on-street available.

Fantastic location for the beach and town, a little tricky parking a second car if you go with friends or another family but makes up for it with its ease of getting to the beach.

Spacious flat for the 2 of us with everything we needed including a modern kitchen. The perfect location on a hillside is just far enough away to be peaceful but within walking distance of the beach and main street/facilities. Perranporth is an easy place to stay in terms of it's facilities ( with streets wide enough for cars) and central for traveRead morelling to other areas of Cornwall we wanted to visit. Hide

I have stayed in multiple places in Perranporth but this is right at the top of my list. Fantastic kitchen and facilities, nice big beds, great terrace, fantastic location I could go on but it is defo on my short list of places to book when I return next year.

Spent a lovely week at Hillhead, the apartment is clean and decorated to a good standard and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It is in a perfect location with Perranporth beach and town within a couple of minutes walk. If your heading out for the day Newquay is only 10 mins drive away, St.Ives within 30 mins as well as Padstow,Read more would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future, location and views across Perranporth are fantastic! A lovely holiday house, we had a great week as a family (incl. 5yr old & 7yr old) - amazing location a stones throw (or short walk) from a lovely beach, but also within a short drive of some great Cornwall spots. over the week we got to St.Ives, St.Agnes, & Gwithian (great beach). All the beaches were perfect for bodyboarding, adults & children!

We had a great holiday in Perranporth and this apartment was in a very good location with just a short walk to the beach and the town. The apartment appeared to have been recently refurbished to a good standard with a well appointed kitchen including many premium branded appliances, stylish lounge and bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Some areasRead more still need a little finishing off but it didnt affect our holiday in any way. Would recommend! Hide
