Enjoy a romantic break by the sea in this single-storey cottage on the Lancashire coast. A sandy beach is only 1.5 miles from this relaxing retreat.

Although tucked away within the grounds of the owner's home in a quiet part of town, this property is only within a mile of a whole host of amenities. The seaside town of St Annes-on-Sea nestles along a picturesque stretch of coastline with award-winning sandy beaches. In under a mile you can stroll into the centre of town and enjoy a wealth of shops, bars and restaurants, and a pretty pier with amusements. The area is internationally renowned for golf with the famous Royal Lytham and St Annes Golf Club on the doorstep, along with many other courses in the area. For anyone wanting to venture out for the day, the beautiful Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Yorkshire Dales National Park and Lake District National Park can all be reached within 50 miles.

Feel instantly at home in this wonderful property as you step inside a small entrance hall and kick off your sandy shoes, before moving into the lounge/diner. Adorned with large windows and patio doors that flood the room with light, the lounge area has been beautifully finished with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. For dining, a large table with plenty of seating sits at the back of the room, where you can enjoy a simple supper or morning coffee with the papers. The kitchen is set off the lounge area, a well-equipped space with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. When the day is done you will find a sumptuous super-king-size bed which is a zip-and-link (can be made up as twin beds on request), where you can enjoy a peaceful night’s rest amongst the soft linen. Completing the interior is a Jack and Jill shower room with a shower, bidet and WC that can be accessed from either the bedroom or the entrance hall.

Doors from the lounge open out to a private patio area outside, with furniture for dining alfresco. Guests also have shared use of the owner’s lawned garden and there is ample parking just outside the property.

Just spent a fantastic week here. Owners were friendly and helpful, and onsite if required. The bungalow was very clean and very well kept, and had everything you need to be a home from home. Best self catering place we have stayed at, in a lovely quiet area. Really enjoyed our stay, and whilst the weather wasn't brilliant, the accommodation was. WRead moree will be back... We hard warm welcome from Richard and Lisa who gave us useful information about the area. The cottage was perfect somewhere to relax after a day out. We were central to all the main attractions, a little gem.

Great property. Well laid out and plenty of space for two. Location bit too far to walk to sea front for us. However there are good car parks at the front. Bus service very good just over 10 mins walk. Owners kept in touch at beginning and end of visit. Parking on road so easy.

This villa was truly amazing. Clean fresh light and airy - we had a wonderful easy stay. Richard was so welcoming and helpful with suggestions of places to visit and great local eateries. Would highly recommend.

Spacious all on one floor villa, quiet road only a short walk 15 minutes and you are in st annes on sea. The villa is very comfortable with large bright rooms and full kitchen, garden with a patio sun all day, we had lovely filled week and will be returning again , as we enjoyed it so much. We found Chlarisa Villa every bit as good as the web site described. Living room a bright cheerful relaxing space. Bedroom an amazingly comfortable huge bed. Facilities spacious, with a very pleasant shower. Although we are out all the time the kitchen was exceedingly well equipped. Overall just perfect.

Ther property is situated in a quiet residential area close to both Lytham and St Annes. The owners have gone the extra mile to provide superior spacious accomodation. Highly recommended.

We have stayed in a lot of self catering accommodation but chlarisa villa was by far the best we have ever stayed in. We would recommend it and will certainly go back again

The house is lovely big, spacious , has everything you need. The living room, has very nice furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The bedroom is lovely with huge bed, which was so comfortable. Shower room, big and shower was great,very bright and clean. The patio area was really nice, we had patio table and chairs, saRead moret out enjoying the Sunshine,and lovely garden. Richard and Lisa are lovely and made us feel so welcome. We stayed a week in this property and it was a very pleasant stay. A clean property in a perfect surrounding, nice hosts. It was always a pleasure to come back after a day out. When we will be in this area, we are sure to book the property again!
