This wonderfully cosy lodge is set in a peaceful location with a fabulous on-site pool and is within walking distance from the local village pub.

Nestled on the banks of the River Lynher, this complex of lodges has a tranquil atmosphere and boasts plenty for the family to do, with its own outdoor heated swimming pool, play facilities, and fishing available locally. With quick access to the A38, Notter Mill is a great base for you to explore the South West. With the local pub 500 metres from your door and supermarkets less than 1 mile away, you will have everything you need for a great break away. Local attractions include Adrenaline Quarry (10 miles), and the Eden Project (30 miles) or venture out to the coast and visit the popular fishing village of Looe (12 miles) with bars, restaurants, local shops, and boat trips.

Enter the lodge and into a light and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is just perfect for families. The kitchen is complete with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, the ideal place to pack up a good lunch for the day or cook up a delicious evening meal. Head through to the lounge/dining area where you will find a great sociable place to spend time either around the dining table or relaxing on the comfy seating and watching your favourite programmes on the TV with Freeview in front of the open fire. Heading through to the two bedrooms, the first is a lovely, light-filled king-size bedroom with plenty of storage space and the second is a twin bedroom. Next door is the bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower and WC.

Outside is a wonderful patio area with garden furniture as well as a shared lawn to use. The complex has a coin-operated launderette available on-site for guests, along with a play area, tennis court, and an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from Spring Bank Holiday at the end of May until early September) for all to enjoy. There is parking for one car on the private driveway outside the lodge, and further parking in the shared private car park.

Would highly recommend staying here cleanliness and comfort of the house was very good.

The chalet was very clean with all amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The owners were always on hand to answer a few queries we had.

Lovely clean and well kept accommodation and site. Fantastic area for all the family, quiet for the adults, play area and pool for kids, river and woods for dog. Highly recommended.
