Charming annexe conversion set within 4 acres of grounds in a central location to explore both the coast and countryside of Pembrokeshire.

The property in a countryside location near the village of Lampeter Velfrey, just a short drive away from Narberth (3.5 miles). Narberth is a a vibrant market town with independent, shops, restaurants and galleries. For a day at the beach, why not try Amroth (6.5 miles) with its large stretch of golden sand, pubs and cafes. For family days out, Folly Farm Adventure Park & Zoo can be reached in 6.5 miles and Oakwood Theme Park is just 8 miles by car. The property is centrally located to reach all major attractions making this a great place to stay with the family.

This holiday home is full of character and warmth with oak beams, open plan living and two spacious bedrooms plus a good size family bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, under counter fridge and all the basic cookware and utensils you could need to prepare meals for the family. There is a breakfast bar to enjoy morning coffee, a dining table and four chairs and board games for a rainy day. The lounge area has a comfortable chesterfield sofa and separate armchair centred around a Smart TV and overlooking the garden to the side of the cottage. Upstairs on the first floor you will find two bedrooms and the family bathroom. The first bedroom is a double with countryside views. There is storage for your clothes and belongings and the peaceful location will guarantee a good night's sleep. The second bedroom is a twin room with countryside views and chest of drawers to store clothes and belongings. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside is a private patio with garden furniture where you can dine al fresco, watch the goats in the field opposite or just gaze at the beautiful surrounding landscape. There is a utility room in an external building offering a washing machine, tumble dryer and a chest freezer. There is off-road parking for up to two cars.

Everything worked perfectly; it poured rain, but we were warm and dry regardless of Hurricane Lees remnants. The beds were comfortable. The 4 of us were very happy to be there!

We had a wonderful week. The location of the cottage is superb, so quiet and with lovely hill views. It was great to have access to a washing machine, tumble drier and freezer. The owner was at all times friendly and helpful and we really appreciated his generosity with his home grown produce.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Lawn Cottage. Chris was an excellent host. Enjoyed our parting gift from Chris of freshly dug Pembroke potatoes.

Fantastic little cottage in a very lovely peaceful location. 20-30 minutes to lots of local towns and attractions. Owner was very helpful and provided little extras which were much appreciated. Lovely to see the goats and chickens each morning over the lane. Everything was clean and comfy and will definitely return.

Nice little cottage in a quiet location. Great to get fresh eggs from the ducks and chickens as well as fresh veg, which we were invited to help ourselves to! Easy access to lots of gorgeous beaches.
