Stunning coastal retreat set near Downderry Beach. It’s the perfect romantic escape or family getaway.

This stylish beach retreat is located within dreamy coastal village of Downderry, a much sought-after location on the Cornish coast. There is a beautiful beach, great cafes, bars and a shop all within easy walking distance. The Rame Peninsula is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with a landscape of tidal creeks, sandy beaches and over 30 secluded beaches to explore. Small villages hide at the heads of creeks with fantastic places to eat waiting to be discovered, whilst the stretch of coast fronting Whitsand Bay offers fantastic views and great walking along the South West Coast Path. The nearby fishing villages of Looe (6 miles by car), Kingsand and Cawsand (both 9 miles) are fantastic for exploring and enjoying a cream tea and boat trips. The Eden Project (29 miles), Adrenalin Quarry (9 miles) and Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary (3 miles) are great days out for all the family.

What a fabulous well designed, well equipped and comfortable apartment , Close to the beach for nice walks to Seaton ect. Great pubs and restaurants in the village. Short car rides to Loe , Polperro and Plymouth. Look forward to returning !!!

Not much to say, other than the apartment was 1st class, clean and comfortable and the location was ideal for us who want to explore, and a lovely welcome basket .

Such a lovely property, well equipped, comfortable and the decor was excellent. It was great to sit outside and have our breakfast in the sunshine each morning! Just a short stroll to the beach, pub, Tapas Bar and shop. Not too far to drive to Looe and Polperro for days out. Fabulous little apartment. Stayed here with our two children for a week. Apartment was incredibly clean and perfect for our stay. We loved the beach down at Seaton and had some lovely meals in local eateries. Fabulous stay all round.
