This first-floor apartment benefits from captivating views whatever the weather which you can enjoy from your own private balcony. The award-winning beach of Porthminster is just 0.5 miles away so a beach day is a must. The beach has a couple of lovely cafes to enjoy a lunch out also. A 1-mile walk will take you into St Ives, which is a lovely seaside town with a lively art scene, Tate St Ives is worth a visit. The town also has a good range of independent shops and eateries. Within 25 miles you can find some fantastic attractions including Paradise Park and Jungle Barn Cornwall, Land’s End and Lizard Point.

After parking the car, take the stairs or lift to the first floor and make your way into this delightful apartment. As you step inside, you will be amazed by the beautiful views across Porthminster Beach. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a sofa and two comfy chairs surrounding the Smart TV, and there’s also a pretty four-seater dining table. The simple and stylish kitchen is well equipped for mealtimes. Take your pick of the two bedrooms, an quaint king-size with an en-suite shower room and a pretty twin room. There is also the main, contemporary bathroom.

At the end of the day, open up the glass doors to the private balcony and enjoy a sundowner whilst watching the sunset. There is also a shared communal garden to relax in which provides access to the South West Coast Path.

Beautiful well eqippped modern apartment on clifftop between St.Ives and Carbis Bay. Easy walks into both bays via the S.W. coast path passing by at the bottom of the garden. Stunning views from balcony.

Amazing location - with spectacular views. Easy walking distance to St Ives. Lots of beaches in walking distance. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
