This detached single-storey property sits between Barnstaple, Great Torrington and Bideford (all within 10 miles) ideal for beach or moorland adventures. Set on the owner’s smallholding with an equestrian element, guests can enjoy the amenities of Barnstaple as well as the smaller Cavalier town of Great Torrington, both having weekly market and independent shops. You can access the coast at both Instow and Westward Ho! (within 10 miles), the latter having a huge 2-mile stretch of golden sand. Walkers can enjoy a stroll or cycle along the Tarka Trail. The South West Coast Path is also nearby. Other places of interest include Hartland Quay (24 miles), the fishing village of Clovelly (19 miles), Exmoor National Park (18 miles) and RHS Rosemoor (5 miles).

Step into this property from the parking area and find the porch which is ideal for hanging coats, boots and dog paraphernalia. Continue further and you find yourself in the spacious lounge/kitchen/dining area – a light room with a tiled floor, a wood burner, a dining table and bench, a Smart TV and comfortable seating. It’s a pleasant space to sit and relax in the evening. The kitchen area is well equipped and has everything you need to whip up or a three-course meal or grab a light snack. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The bathroom completes the accommodation with a shower enclosure and WC.

Head outside, through the garden gate and find the enclosed lawned garden area. In the warmer months, garden furniture and loungers make it a private place to sunbathe and relax. In the evenings, you can enjoy an al fresco feast with the help of the charcoal BBQ. An outside tap and hose, with warm water, make it easy to wash muddy paws or sandy toes.

Very clean. Comfy bed. Great touch when we arrived there was a bottle of Prosecco and a Devon cream tea, it was delicious.

This is a high quality conversion of a shed into a spaceous place to live in comfort. The equipment and facilities provided are all good quality and the bed is comfortable.

Lovely cottage in a good position, only downside was having to drive to everything. Again no real problem as you can't move the pub any closer!!

Just great and we enjoy it a lot - verry close to the coast path and wont need driving if you dont like! Verry stilish and has everything you need Great big bed for tall people

We had a great weekend in this comfortable studio . Communication was excellent and the welcome gifts were a lovely touch.
