This semi-detached barn conversion is perfect for couples, solo travellers or friends wanting a rural escape with lots of walking and cycling to be had, right from the doorstep, into the village and beyond. If you want to travel further afield, why not head to Skegness for some seaside air, which is just 10 miles away, with its sandy beaches, traditional amusements, seal sanctuary and plenty of fish and chip restaurants to try or, if you prefer something a little quieter, the beautiful beaches at Anderby Creek and Sandilands are well worth visiting. Visit the local market towns such as Alford or Spilsby, both 5 miles, Louth (14 miles) and Horncastle, 13 miles, famous for their many antique and collectables shops and offering an abundance of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and Visitor Centre is based at Coninsby, 18 miles away or visit East Kirby Airfield with its Lancaster Bomber, just 10 miles away and a must for WW2 enthusiasts. National Trust Gunby Hall house and gardens are regularly open and are just over 3 miles away.

The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a social space offering a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals. The living area features a comfortable sofa, dining table and TV. When ready to retire, head to the tastefully decorated en-suite bedroom, complete with a comfortable king size be providing all the comforts of home. There is also a shower room completing the accommodation.
