Whether you're looking to relax and soak up the sun or take a refreshing swim in the sea, there is something here for everyone, so don’t forget your wetsuits and there’s a local surf shop where you can hire bodyboards, paddleboards and kayak’s when the sea conditions are safe. There is also a beach café in the summer months. Additionally, the beach is surrounded by charming villages and historic landmarks, and a network of coastal paths to explore as part of the area’s vast National Nature Reserve, not forgetting the pretty harbour, fishing boats, and sea food eateries in nearby St. Abbs (1.3 miles).

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern amenities you could need to cook up a meal to enjoy together around the dining table. There is a handy utility area along with an additional WC, ideal for washing off the sand or needing to wash those salty clothes. The two bedrooms are spacious, one with a double bed and en-suite shower room, and another with four adult-sized bunk beds, perfect for groups or families. The bunk bedroom features a Smart TV for entertainment. Completing the property is the main bathroom, perfect for starting the day afresh or relaxing at the end of a busy day in a bath of bubbles.

There is an outdoor shared garden area that can be used, with just a short walk to the beach, you'll have everything you need for a perfect coastal holiday right on your doorstep.
