Centrally located in the historic town of Lymington, this beautiful apartment is flooded with natural light and offers generous accommodation for families, small groups, or couples looking for a handy bolthole within easy reach of local pubs, restaurants and shops. For those looking to stock up on holiday essentials, a variety of shops and supermarkets can all be found within 400 metres, with the quay itself being located within 100 metres. The area surrounding Lymington is both breathtaking and interesting, with the New Forest offering a host of activities for those looking to explore, and the Isle of Wight being easily accessible on foot via the ferry which departs regularly from Lymington.

The front door leads to a welcoming entrance hall, with stairs rising to the first floor which boasts a generous yet cosy space, with sumptuous sofas, an attractive dining area and a Juliet balcony with views across to the quay beyond. A well-appointed kitchen offers everything you could need to rustle up a hearty picnic for a day walking in the New Forest, or indeed a romantic meal before heading out to explore the variety of leisure and drinking establishments in the town. The bathroom is also located on this floor. On the top floor, there are two bedrooms, one king-size room and a twin room – ideal for a variety of different guests, from families to couples.
Externally, there is a small, enclosed courtyard area (with shared access to an adjoining property), with a bistro set comprising a table and chairs ideal for your morning coffee or a refreshing drink at the end of the day.

A fantastic, spacious and comfortable apartment, right by the quay. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Can't wait to return.

A perfectly located house to sit and watch activity on the quayside in comfort and style. We absolutely loved the living space with well positioned seating to watch the world go by or curl up after a day's walking with a glass of wine infront of the TV. Old Dolphin House is an old property full of charm with lots of character. It was spotlessly cleRead morean wirh a folder full of helpful information about all of the appliances.
