A beautiful location, set in peaceful Cheshire countryside. There are horses to greet you and lots of open countryside for you to delight in. A few hundred yards away there is a flat track around a neighbouring field, which is 3km long and great for dog walking. Amazing hacking for horses is available and Somerford Park Farm is less than a mile away, internationally recognised for its equestrian facilities. There is the most wonderful opera house just over the road, with unique musical experiences. There is good food less than a mile away, with good pubs and restaurants on your doorstep. Brereton Heath Nature Reserve is just over a mile away, and Congleton Park is less than 4 miles away. For a step back in history, Capesthorne Hall is less than 5 miles away, a tranquil haven of wildlife, parkland and formal gardens.

Walking into the property, you are greeted by a lovely open living space that also hosts the kitchen area. There is plenty of space to rustle up a tasty meal and a dining area for you to enjoy your food, either inside or outside. There is a wonderful log burner for those cosy evenings in after exploring and a comfortable space for you to enjoy. All set on one floor, the bedroom is set off from the living room, and is a lovely and light space with more than enough room and storage. The shower room is very spacious, and has an extra chair in for your comfort.

Outside, there is a seating area and lots of space for you to enjoy. Your furry friends are welcome but would need to be good with other animals, as there are horses on site.
