Walk through Shanklin Chine (0.8 miles), a beautiful gorge with lush greenery and waterfalls, or visit the enchanting Model Village in Godshill (3.5 miles) for a whimsical experience. For nature lovers, there are scenic walking trails on Shanklin Down (1.3 miles) and the nearby coastal path, offering breath-taking sea and countryside views. Additionally, take the chance to explore the charming shops and cafes in Shanklin's Old Village (0.6 miles), known for its historic thatched cottages and friendly atmosphere.

Welcome to this cosy studio apartment, ideally located in a beautiful area with a lovely terrace overlooking lush gardens. As you step inside, you enter a functional and stylish studio room. The kitchen features an "L Shape" layout with base and wall units, providing ample space for your culinary needs. A wooden table and chairs invite you to savour meals while enjoying the garden view through the window. The sleeping area includes a comfortable double bed and a versatile daybed, which can be transformed into an additional single bed for a child or dressed as a sofa for fewer guests. Bedside cabinets on either side of the double bed offer convenient storage, while a wardrobe and chest of drawers provide space for your belongings. A compact  bathroom completes this studio, offering all the essentials for your daily routine.

Step outside to the terrace and take in the picturesque view of the lush gardens. This private retreat is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or watching wildlife visit the gardens, offering a peaceful escape from everyday life. You'll also have access to a range of shared on-site facilities. Gather around the fire pit in the evening for a cosy outdoor experience. Cool off and relax in the outdoor heated outdoor pool in the summer. Enjoy friendly competition in the shared games room, or watch your little ones explore the playground, fairy garden, and toys in the playhouse.

• CCTV is installed in and around the pool house and at the front of the main building for safety and security purposes. The footage is kept for up to 6 months and then deleted if not needed
