A breakfast bar with bar stools offers a convenient dining space. Three internal steps lead to the lovely double bedroom, featuring an excellent sea view from the window seat, open-hanging space, and a wall-mounted TV - perfect for a romantic holiday retreat. The accommodation is completed by a shower room with excellent lighting, a walk-in shower, and a WC.

The wide balcony includes a bistro set for al fresco dining or relaxing with a drink while enjoying the panoramic sea views. At the front of the apartment, bench seating and a small table provide a sunny spot to enjoy coffee and prepare for the day's holiday adventures. A parking permit is provided for the main Seahouses Harbour Car Park, with free on-street parking also available nearby (subject to availability). Please note that access to the apartment is via a side alleyway and up eight wide concrete steps.

An absolutely perfect cottage with the best location ever. Beautifully presented and equipped with everything anyone could possibly need. Very comfortable bed and fantastic picture windows. We intend to go back soon. And we got a grandstand view of the Seahouses New Year firework display.

A fantastic property in a super location! The views are amazing and everything is within walking distance. The owner provides a parking permit which is really handy. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Every detail has been thought of. The view is the best in Seahouses in our opinion and a pub with great food on the doorstep. What more could you want.
