Make your way through the shared garden gate and up the garden path to the private entrance into your holiday home, which is attached to the owner’s home, yet with privacy assured. The entry is at the rear of the property and leads you into a useful lobby and utility space, with washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of additional storage space, perfect for storing your walking boots and coats, before heading into the kitchen on the left and putting the kettle on. The lounge is along the hall, with a Smart TV. This is the ideal quiet, comfortable space for curling up with a book or watching your favourite shows before settling down for a leisurely meal for two at the adjacent dining table. When day turns to night, discover a cosy double bedroom between the lounge and kitchen, served by a contemporary en-suite shower room with WC.
Head back through the entrance door to discover a pretty shared garden, where a patio, pergola, established lawn, borders and furniture provide a lovely setting for your morning coffee or a sundowner. There is a summer house that guests are welcome to use and parking for one car on the shared drive.
