Here, you’re surrounded by an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and just over a mile from Snape Maltings with its fantastic Victorian buildings, independent shops and galleries as well as a range of places to eat and drink. There’s also a retail complex here as well as the world-renowned Snape Maltings Concert Hall.
The property itself is a seafront, studio apartment on the lower ground floor opposite Aldeburgh beach. It has a bright and colourful open-plan living and sleeping area, tastefully decorated to create a cosy interior. The bed is a double, and there is a separate kitchen area, which, whilst small, is perfectly formed with all the appliances a guest needs for an easy self-catering holiday, plus a breakfast bar for informal meal times. The bathroom has a double shower cubicle and WC. For laundry, guests have shared use of the washing machine in the apartment building’s communal area.
Outside the apartment there are three steps up to an allocated patio area with a table and chairs for guests to enjoy during the warmer months. It is the perfect spot to soak up the sun and experience those uninterrupted sea views.
