Peacefully tucked away within the heart of this vibrant Cotswold market town, this contemporary ground floor apartment is simply perfect for couples wanting to get away and enjoy the South Cotswolds.

This thriving market town built around its outstanding 17th century market hall, offers a unique experience with many individually owned shops, a major centre for antiques, along with many restaurants and bars. On the outskirts of Tetbury is Chavenage House, an Elizabethan Manor house and nearby is the National Arboretum at Westonbirt which hosts events from outdoor concerts to winter wonderlands. The Cotswold Water Park, offering a wide range of nature activities and water sports. The famous Wildfowl and Wetlands site at Slimbridge are also within easy reach. With many events throughout the year to include Cheltenham Gold Cup, Cirencester Polo, Badminton horse trials, Highgrove House and Gatcombe Park this is a wonderful destination for anytime of year.

Step out of the bustling market square and into The Chipping where you will find the communal entrance to the apartment. The large entrance hall offers a friendly welcome where you will see the original wooden door that opens onto the market square. The apartment is situated on the ground floor, with the front door giving access to the entrance hall. To the left of the hall is a storage lobby with washing machine and space for coats and boots. Further down the hall you will find the lounge area, a large room with high ceilings, beautiful wooden floors and an open fire where you can sit back and relax after a day exploring. There is a table and chairs for two if you choose to dine in. The kitchen is also off the hallway finished with a contemporary style and well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There are a couple of steps up to the bedroom, a king-size room with TV. There is also a shower room with large walk in shower and WC.

There is allocated parking for one car and pay and display parking outside the apartment gates.

Well furnished and comfortable accommodation in a central but quiet location of Tetbury. Pleasant outside sitting area in the sun.

We had a wonderfull stay at The Crown Inn. In the middle of Tetbury, but a very quiet appartment. Little noise only from the top Floor neigbours, but only in the living room. Tetbury has a number of excellent restaurants, just around the corner, where you can wine and dine the whole week on different locations. It is an elegent place to stay and alRead morel beautiful villages in the surroundings Cotwolds are a pleasure to visit, including Bath. Be aware of some uneven steps in the kitchen. Hide

We really enjoyed our stay at apartment 2 The Crown Inn at Tetbury. The location was perfect - ideal base for travel around the area. In the centre of town too - with parking a bonus. There are plenty of eateries close by - all within easy walking distance. We loved the Priory - and Casa Italian in particular.

The location of this property is second to none in Tetbury. Along with the parking space it makes access and routes to local amenities very easy. The property itself is very clean with good quality fittings and fixtures.
