Loch Belivat is one of the best places to catch brown trout. Golfers will be delighted with the golf courses in the area. Perfect for wildlife enthusiast, walkers, cycling and Munro baggers are well catered for too.

The accommodation is wonderful and extremely well equipped and in a beautiful part of Scotland. Our hosts were also extremely welcoming and we had a relaxing time in the area visiting friends and family.

The cottage is wonderfully located. Both the cottage itself and the outside facilities are very well maintained. The cottage offers enough space for four people and the interior leaves nothing to be desired. Not to be left unmentioned shall be the owners who live next door and who were never intrusive but always helpful.

Margaret was very hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. The cottage is ideal if you want somewhere quiet. It's all new rather than traditional. The listing omits to mention that the kitchen has a dishwasher as well as a washing machine.

The cottage was all we could ask for - definitely the best cottage we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable, cleanliness was very good, location was ideal. Really enjoyed our stay at Belivat Cottage great location for exploring the Moray coast, lots of little back roads with amazing scenery. Cottage well equipped, clean, one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept on. Good quality linen and towels. Summerhouse was great for relaxing and enjoying the peace & quiet of the countryside. Lovely accommodation set in a beautiful garden. Friendly hosts, available but not intrusive, who supplied us with some of their freshly grown vegetables! A 10-15 minute drive to Nairn and within easy reach of several interesting places and towns.

Wonderful accommodation, exceptionally clean and maintained. 5* from us, couldn't fault it. Dishwasher was an added bonus! The gents loved the leather chairs. Beds super comfortable and 2 x en-suite with TVs excellent. Weather was lovely although surprisingly we wanted rain as the fishing on the Findhorn was non- existent due to a lack of rain.

Fantastic venue and our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be going back for another visit when we can.
