The family-friendly, sandy beach of Woolacombe is just a short stroll from this property, and the popular beaches of Croyde and Saunton are within easy reach, all providing excellent surfing. The South West Coast Path, offering spectacular views and some of the finest walks in the country, is also nearby. You can also access The Tarka Trail, which offers fantastic off-road walking and cycling. You could explore Exmoor National Park, take a day trip to Lundy Island, or visit historic Barnstaple with its market and high street shops. There are many other attractions including the National Trust property of Arlington Court, the pretty fishing village of Clovelly, or you could enjoy a day with the animals at Combe Martin Wildlife Park.

On entering this attractive first-floor apartment you will find yourself in the elegant open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The cosy lounge offers TV/DVD and a wood burner effect electric fire. The dining area is nicely situated. Heading over to the kitchen you will find everything you may need including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a handy breakfast bar. Exploring further you will find two comfy bedrooms: one king-size and a twin. There is also a bathroom complete with shower over the bath and WC.

Stepping outside, you can relax at the end of a great day by sitting back on the raised lawn area complete with garden furniture and enjoy the view. You are welcome to make use of the lockable garage which houses the tumble dryer and is ideal for storing bikes, surfing gear, walking boots etc.

This property is wonderfully located to the beach. It is quiet & comfortable, with sea views and plenty of natural light. A great pad to explore from, we really enjoyed the property &Woolacombe.

Lovely, comfortable, well-equipped flat in a great location, 250m from the beach. Views from the living/dining area over the greenery above the beach, views from the bedrooms and the terrace over the magnificent beach. Off-street parking for one car. We've stayed twice and will be back again.

A lovely quiet property with excellent sea views from both bedrooms. Great location minutes from everything and slept soundly every night. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Wow! what a great find this was. I couldn't fault it, we had an amazing stay. I would certainly return and definitely recommend to friends & family. It was a great base to explore the many attractions in the local area & it was so close to the fabulous award winning beach, it was so well located to be able to nip to the various shops and having so Read moremany restaurants within a short stroll was very handy. All so perfect thank you. Lovely to have milk, wine and tea, coffee, biscuits supplied after a long journey. Much appreciated. Grandchildren stayed in a different place but loved the beach stuff available in the garage. This is the best we have ever hired.

The flat is excellent in terms of its condition, its equipment and its location. We didn't need all the equipment (eg, washer, drier & dishwasher), but having it all there was very welcome, and the fast wifi that worked first time was particularly appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, so we had a very restful holiday. The bedrooms are away fRead morerom the road and overlook the surfing beach, while the view from the dining table is over the Down and the Warren behind the beach. Hide

This is our second stay at Breakers. We enjoyed the flat and location so much last October that we wanted to return in May. Woolacombe is such a great town (although it may get a bit mad in the Summer). The flat is such an ideal base to go exploring from. We go swimming at Barricane Bay and really enjoy watching the sun go down over the sea or LundRead morey. A walk from the flat to Morte Point is definitely worth the effort, and this time we saw several seals bobbing about in the surf. Hide

Great location, lovely place to stay. Being so close to Woolacombe Beach is such a bonus. Lots of walking opportunities too directly from the property. We loved it!
