We could highly recommmend Carpenters after having stayed for three and a half weeks. Our host made us feel welcome in very comfortable accommodation. We found that the converted Barn was central to so much in the Cotswolds, walking distance to Burford and a pleasant drive to Stow, Bourton on the Water, Cheltenham and many other villages

For a 6 footer the bedroom ceiling height is a little low. That minor quibble aside this well equipped and comfortable small cottage is ideal for a couple. With the Cotswold's on your doorstep and the historic city of Oxford less than an hour away there is, whatever your interests, plenty to see and do.

Carpenters Barn is a small character cottage in a beautiful hamlet location. Downstairs is open plan, comfortable and fairly spacious but upstairs is quite restrictive in head height due to the beams.

A fabulous cottage for a couple (and dog). In a lovely village immediately next door to the owners property. Beth the owner made us both feel extremely welcome and at home. 2 pubs for eating at within comfortable walking distance (preferred the Inn for All Seasons which was the longer of the two walks). An excellent holiday!
