Take a short walk into the centre of the town and from here enjoy a selection of amenities including a golf course, leisure centre and swimming pool, tennis courts, numerous shops, galleries and a selection of beautiful sandy beaches. The South West Coast Path has spectacular walking routes in either direction and the wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve also offers some lovely scenery. With the town being conveniently located beside the A39, this is a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall, and days out could include visits to the Eden Project, the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Port Issac,  Rock and Padstow, Bodmin Moor, and numerous National Trust properties and gardens.

Upon your arrival your cottage awaits. Enter into the lounge/diner with exposed beams and electric wood effect fire. The perfect relaxation space after a day on the beach or exploring the area. From the lounge/diner a door leads you into the kitchen for all your holiday home cooking requirements. Consisting of a range electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Leading off from the kitchen is a lobby with access to a separate downstairs WC, and the former washhouse has been transformed into a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading back into the lounge/diner the open tread staircase leads you to the first floor where the bedrooms and the shower room are located. Bedroom one, a king with TV has far reaching sea views and bedroom two is a twin (which can be made into a super-king-size zip-and-link on request). The shower room with WC is located between the bedrooms.

Heading outside to the rear of the property is an enclosed garden with patio furniture and charcoal BBQ.

Great cottage in a perfect location for Bude and surrounding area. Comfortable beds and all mod cons. All the big Bude beaches are easily walkable, and all shops/takeaways you might need are very close. We hardly needed to use the car. Parking in Co-op carpark about 25 for the week via Horizon Parking app.

We had a lovely week in this very cosy and comfortable cottage. The location was great for us. We could walk to the canal, beach, sea pool and town within a few minutes. The delicious cake awaiting our arrival was a really lovely touch. Hope to visit again sometime.

We loved staying here. It was very warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. It's in a perfect location. We thought the best car park was the Wharf Long Stay. A good price for the week and the lovely Barge cafe moored alongside, plus the very nice Olive Tree Restaurant was just a stones throw away too. It was a pleasant walk through town fRead morerom the Wharf to the cottage - keep an eye out for the little cut throughs that made the walk back to the cottage much quicker (less than 10 mins) Hide

We had such a wonderful stay! Fantastic location, lovely cosy cottage and incredibly comfortable. The cottage is also very well equipped and the lemon drizzle cake waiting for us on arrival was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved everything about Cobblestone Cottage. It's central, fab location, welcoming (thanks for cake and tea/coffee!), everything anyone needs, comfy beds, there is nothing to mention that doesn't rate 5 star.

Lovely well equipped cottage . Had everything you would need. Reasonably quiet street even though in centre of town . One car park and it did cost 40 for the week. But we really didn't need to move the car.

It was a joy to stay at cobblestone cottage, the welcoming touches of the cake, card & fresh flowers were well received after a long journey. The cottage was cosy, well laid out and the location was fab!The whole family loved coming back there after days at the beach & exploring surrounding villages. The beds were very comfortable and made wary morRead morenings easier thanks to a good nights sleep. It was definitely value for money and we have all said that we would return in a heartbeat. This lovely little fisherman's cottage is a few minutes walk from the centre of Bude - a great location for a holiday. The cottage was really well set up, had comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. There was easy access to the rear of the cottage so sandy shoes and surfboards could stay outside. We used the carpark at the golf club, two minuRead moretes away. It was really reasonable and we were able to pay for the whole week in advance. A great stay. We would definitely come again. Hide

Fabulous cottage, perfect for the three of us. Superbly situated in the heart of Bude with quick and easy access to the Beach, Pubs, Shops and Restaurants. We visit Bude annually and will definitely stay here again!

The Cottage is quite small, in a narrow street, but very central. Best parking is in the Co-Op via Horizon Parking. 10 for 4 days. Verified by an email from them. There is only comfy chairs and dinning for 3 and the living area is again small. The kitchen is large and well equiped. The bathroom is big enough, but the shower is low, I just about fitRead moreted in. Both front and back doors were very hard to open and close, other guests have mentioned this. Great location, literally two minutes from town. Nice gesture from the owners, who left homemade cake and milk in the fridge for our arrival. Felt the cottage lacked a homely touch and might benefit from sofa cushions and the return of the books and some decorative accessories.

The 'welcome' items are a nice touch and says something about the Owners. The electric fire was easy to operate - once you had found the switches and their operation. The lock to the front door is easy to operate from outside - not so from the inside. the bolt is necessary. A bit worrying if you have to evacuate in a hurry. Surely an easy fix.

Well equipped cottage in a fantastic location near to all amenities and the beach. Lovely card and cake left by owners to greet us on arrival. We used the parking app Your Parking Space to book a space for the week at the local Co-op supermarket which was a 3 minute walk from the cottage and a bargain proof 15 for the week.

Cobblestone cottage is ideally located in the centre of Bude. The owners are considerate and reactive to any issues raised. There is no parking outside the cottage but ample parking is available about 250 metres away The cost of parking is 40 for the week. The stairs in the cottage are a little tricky, so would not recommend it for small children oRead morer anyone with mobility issues. Hide
