Located on the Jurassic Coastal Path diversion, this property offers guests access to more than 250 miles of beautiful coastal walks. Search for fossils on local Charmouth Beach or Lyme Regis, which boasts a good choice of shops, restaurants and cafes. Nearby Seaton and Sidmouth both have plenty of coastal charm to offer, as does the old fishing village of Beer. Other nearby attractions include Pecorama, Beer Caves, Seaton Tramway, Crealy, Bicton Park, Burrows Farm Gardens, Killerton and Knightshayes Court. The Jurassic Coastal Bus stops at the bottom of the drive making it very convenient for journeys out without the car.

Towards the rear of the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a compact yet contemporary and well-equipped kitchen area. Here you will find an electric oven and hob and fridge with ice compartment. Enjoy romantic meals at the table nearby before retreating to the lounge area, which features coastal-inspired furniture and a TV for cosy nights in. The separate bedroom area is compact with a small double bed with ships cabin hangers for storing clothes. The clean and bright shower room is adjacent to the bedroom and also displays a fun, nautical theme.
Immediately outside the property is a small, shared open courtyard area with seats. There is also a shared lawn area with seating and a BBQ for enjoying al fresco meals, together with beautifully maintained shared gardens and two lakes for romantic strolls. Between May and September, guests are also invited to use the shared heated outdoor swimming pool.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and to adhere to the current Government guidelines and restrictions in place, the on-site hotel will not be open to non-residents of the hotel in any capacity including the bar, restaurant and swimming pool. This is until further notice and is beyond the owner's control.
