The cottage was extremely clean and well appointed with all modern amenities. The dcor and furniture were minimalist and maritime in style. Painted floorboards throughout plus steps up to the garden means it is not suited for disabled or the infirm. Although advertised as dog friendly, some dogs might not be able to make it up the steps and dogs arRead moree not permitted upstairs. Heating is on a timer and although the cottage is single glazed, it was warm and cosy. There is also a log burner. Hide

Lovely week in this beautiful part of Wales. Conveniently located for coast, hill walking and history. Parking could be a challenge in high season and garden difficult with dogs. Impressed with local shops, pubs and craft brewery. Cottage is adequately equipped.

Cordyline Cottage is really charming and comfortable and has a beautiful small terraced garden which is completely private and catches the sun all day. It is in the centre of the village within 5 minutes walk from the excellent Spar convenience store and close to the coastal path which leads to the beach which is about 10 minutes walk.

A lovely spot that is just a few mins from the beach. The cottage is well equipped (we cooked a roast dinner without issue - enough pots and pans and a good oven).
