Excellent cottage well fitted out and to an extremely high standard. Found it to be quite close to the main road but this didn't cause any inconvenience. For anyone who wants to explore the beautiful Perthshire area the this cottage is idealy located, and would be highly recommended.

The only major drawback is the very short distance to the busy A92, day and night. The Cunnoquhie estate is lovely, as well as the cottage. The cottage location cannot be altered.

Lovely, well equipped cottage where we spent our two weeks holiday. Some of the main scottish towns (Edinburg, Stirling, Dundee, etc.) are at hand as well as several interesting attractions and the small town of Cupar, where shops, supermarket and so on can be found.
