Situated in the very heart of the Peak District National Park, the property is a great choice for those looking to explore this beautiful countryside on foot or bicycle. Guests can cycle the disused railway line from Parsley Hay down to the pretty market town of Ashbourne. For those looking for something more relaxing, enjoy some fishing on the River Dove, or why not take a stroll along the river banks.

The open-plan living space of this delightful barn consists of a well equipped kitchen-dining area. The cosy lounge with exposed beams in the high ceilings is bright and airy, the perfect place for relaxing after a day spent outdoors.

Up a couple of steps and guests will find themselves in the spacious king-size bedroom with an en-suite consisting of a bath with shower-over, hand basin and toilet. A door from the bedroom leads out onto a patio area with breathtaking views over the undulating hills.

Outside you can enjoy patio seating where you can take in the stunning views and peaceful surrounds.

This cottage is one of three properties in this location. Booked together, the properties can sleep up to 20 people. Crown Tor (sleeps six) and Pilsbury Grange (sleeps 12).

A lovely rustic home from home set in the perfect location. So peaceful with walks and cycle rides direct from the door. Couldn't ask for more.

Comfortable well thought out cottage, ample space for 2 people..even fitted in our 2 e-bikes on stone floor when needed. Good king size bed and nice bedding. 2 x comfy 2 seater sofas. Smart tv and good wifi. Hairdryer. Well kitted out kitchen inc cafetire. Nice table & chairs to sit in the evening sun and enjoy the peaceful views and birdsong. BikeRead mored all the trails from here and some walks also pass right by lane the cottage is off Heating that we could control tho wasnt needed by us. Hide

This was our first time in this cottage and we will be coming back. The location is stunning, to wake up with bird song, sheep and cows was lovely. Good walks and bike rides straight from the door step but ideally placed for places further afield. We loved it.

A stunning little cottage, Beautiful location everything you needed for a lovely break, clean tidy even a bottle of wine and some milk on arrival, would thoroughly recommend it. We had a lovely break peace and quiet and breathtaking views lots of lovely walks. Thank you.
