The whole of the Cotswolds region is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offers couples a paradise of rural tranquillity as well as the opportunity to try many outdoor activities including walking and hiking, cycling, horse riding, golf, motor sport, gliding, ballooning, fishing, or just ambling around and through the many beautiful villages.

Enter this delightful barn conversion to find a cozy lounge area with an unusual circular glass wood burner; a charming exposed beamed, vaulted ceiling, a comfortable sofa and a TV/DVD. Just off of this, there is a quiet reading area with further comfy seating and a selection of books and magazines. Head through into the kitchen/diner, which is accessed via two steps down from the lounge and also features exposed beams as well as a travertine floor and an intimate dining area with a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with wooden units, an electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and many useful extras to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The king-size bedroom is accessed via an archway from the quiet reading area and offers exposed beams and oak flooring. There is also a shower room with WC and a heated towel rail and access from the bedroom and lounge for easy day time use.

Outside guests can enjoy the enclosed patio area with garden and spectacular countryside views, garden furniture and a BBQ.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Beautiful views and very cosy, clean and well equipped cottage. We didn't meet the owners but they were helpful and friendly via text and even left us a lovely surprise on arrival! Perfect for a relaxing or romantic getaway, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Excellent cottage for two in a lovely location. Loved the wood burner and the heaters were great too. Ideal dog walking routes on the doorstep. Local eating house served very good food and local pub made us very welcome. Excellent Chinese takeaway nearby. Convenient for travelling to other picturesque villages. A very warm and comfortable place in the Cotswolds to have a well deserved break and recharge batteries! was really good for our two dogs who enjoyed the garden and nearby walks.

We found the cottage to be 'satisfactory' but were disappointed by the general 'tiredness' of the property. The two very heavy access gates were of particular concern as it was very windy and raining when we arrived and they couldn't be secured open - they require urgent maintenance. Wifi was unreliable and poor, and some of the equipment needs to Read morebe replaced, eg teapot and colander. The views were spectacular and the bed very comfortable. Hide

Wonderful location with outstanding views. Very peaceful. Walk to pub includes steep hill which may not be suitable for everyone. Cottage well equipped and nice surprise on arrival. Good fenced in area for dog. There are cows close by which is consideration with dog.

Lovely location, footpaths just outside property allowing access to a variety of walks with dog. Pubs easily accessible across fields, although recommend sturdy footwear.
