Visit the village of Instow with its beach, sand dunes, restaurants and pubs. Cyclists can journey along the Tarka Trail while hikers can enjoy a day exploring the wilds of Exmoor. Surfers and sunseekers can check out the beaches at Croyde, Saunton and Westward Ho!, whilst guests can also enjoy the family attractions of The Big Sheep, Arlington Court, The Milky Way, Tapeley Park and RHS Rosemoor Gardens.

The property is entered by a door at ground level, a staircase leads up into the middle of the studio. Inside the property, the layout is open plan and spread out over one floor as a lounge/kitchen/bedroom. The lounge area features a TV, DVD player, Freeview and Hi-Fi. There is a breakfast area with a table and seating for two people. The kitchen area is equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. The sleeping area features a double bed with a shower room, with double shower and WC, off to one side.

Outside the property is an enclosed balcony deck that is accessed by double doors from the lounge area. The balcony is equipped with seating and a BBQ, ideal for enjoying an evening meal while taking in the beautiful scenic views. There is a shared enclosed garden and guests can also enjoy the owner’s attractive lawn gardens. Ample parking is provided.

I had a wonderful stay at Ellerslie cottage! Mr Patel was really helpful and came to assist me when I arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, and the cottage had everything I needed! In a really convenient yet picturesque location, you wont be disappointed if you stay here!

The cottage is lovely and well equipped. I could park right outside the property which is a must for me. The owners live on site which is good to know incase you need anything. The views from the balcony are amazing. Looking forward to returning again.

A conveniently located self catering apartment for a couple. The pub next door is just five minutes walk away and access to major supermarkets just a couple of minutes drive away. Lovely views from the windows and balcony over the Taw estuary and fields. Access to main A roads for going west, east or south all within a few minutes.
