This riverside apartment is situated in a converted cinema and has been fully renovated. Guests can explore Appledore and its many shops, pubs and restaurants. Further afield, the village of Clovelly, characterised by its steep, cobbled streets is a short drive away. The popular market town of Bideford is well worth visiting, as well as taking a trip to Lundy Island via the Oldenburg passenger ferry. Cyclists can get on their bike to follow the Tarka Trail through the beautiful North Devon countryside, and the sandy beaches at Instow and Westward Ho! are ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Families can enjoy a family day out at local attractions like the Milky Way, Arlington Court and Dartington Crystal.

This pretty and spacious apartment situated on the ground floor and has an open-plan layout with wooden flooring throughout. The lounge area is furnished with a sofa, footstool and coffee tables with entertainment provided by a TV, DVD, and Freeview. The dining area has a table and seating for two, and is situated in front of the French doors that lead to a Juliet balcony with lovely river and estuary views, offering the perfect setting for a romantic meal overlooking the water. The spacious kitchen area has everything you could need during your stay in a self-catering property, and features an electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine and a microwave. There is one double bedroom that has been tastefully decorated, and features bedside tables, a wardrobe, chair and an en-suite shower room with WC.

Roadside parking is available and a car park is close by.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

What a lovely flat with fantastic views over the estuary, it was our first visit to Appledore and it certainly wont be our last, it is a lovely little village full of friendly locals and nice places to eat. The car was safe enough in the public car park just a few minutes walk away which is only 16 for the week

Lovely apartment, with a fantastic view of the estuary, close to the quay, car park and local shops. The apartment windows face the estuary, so you get a really great view, especially through the French windows. Hope to rebook this apartment next year

The apartment was astonishingly well appointed. It was ultra modern, with clean lines, beautiful design and the highest level of finish and lighting options. The view out onto the estuary was breathtaking and changed throughout the day with tide and light. Access to the estuary beach was next to the building down a slipway. Use the slipway when it Read moreis fully dry. The location was in the centre of Irsha St. which had 1700's coloured cottages and courtyards, a short walk from the car park. Hide

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Everywhere is totally dog friendly. However there is no parking close by if you are of limited mobility. One can unload luggage at the property situated in a single one-way very narrow lane and you will block the road. The car park is not free, even for those with d disabled badge. Superb, ever changing views over the estuary. Well equipped. Well lit for those who like to read in the evenings. Only a short walk from the nearest car park, pub and Appledore shops.
