Located close to the 660-acre Hastings Country Park, this studio apartment is surrounded by ancient woodland, grassland and adjacent to a small working farm. Rich in wildlife with stunning natural displays of wildflowers, this is ideal for keen walkers. Despite its peaceful rural location, the ancient towns of Rye, Hastings and Battle are just five miles away, which boast independent shops, cafes and restaurants offering fresh seafood and collectable antiques.

Climb the external flight of wooden stairs and enter the apartment through a stable door. Inside the lounge area is open plan and full of light thanks to two velux windows in the ceiling. In the kitchen area you will find an electric two-ring hob, microwave with oven and grill, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge with ice compartment. Once you have finished preparing your meals, enjoy them at the extendable table before retreating to the sofa. Here you can make use of the TV and DVD player, which has a Freeview package. Or you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings from the comfort of the traditional double bedstead. The en-suite shower room is light and bright and has a basin, mirror with overhead light, shower, heated towel rail and WC.

Outside, there is a garden with charcoal BBQ, the perfect option for sunny day, while the decked balcony is an inviting spot for a morning coffee overlooking the beautiful countryside.

A lovely place to chill and relax, very quiet and close to Pett Level beach, a hidden gem. Well appointed and very comfortable with a warm welcome guaranteed.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the owners gave us great recommendations for beaches, walks and restaurants - all which were marvellous. The accommodation was perfect for the two of us, everything we needed was there, the location was very quiet and with the sun on the balcony each day for breakfast and evening drinks. We will definitely recommend.

It was a perfect holiday,Paul and Jane had thought of everything to make it home from home. Peaceful such a tranquil place to be the scent from the garden was absolutely gorgeous I wish I could have bottled it. Would recommend to my family and friends.
