There is a double bed which is slightly raised and offers wonderful views from the windows and a wall mounted TV/DVD. To your left as you enter you have your dining area with seating for two which is just perfect, and opposite is a bench seat for extra relaxation. For your convenience there is a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge inside the shepherd’s hut.

Heading outside, located in a separate building nearby is the kitchen and separate shower room. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob and the stylish shower room has a shower and WC. There is a private area next to your accommodation where you have a picnic table for al fresco dining together with a charcoal BBQ for you to enjoy. From here you can sit back and enjoy the wonderful countryside views on offer. There is ample off-road parking available. The owners have a menagerie of animals on the small holding and you are welcome to come say hello to any of them.

Extremely friendly hosts who would have done anything to help us, but did not interfier. Good clean kitchen facillities for basic meal prep and very clean shower room. The Shepherds hut itself was also very clean and cosy, as well as being nicely decorated. Nice touch having tea making facillities inside the Shepherd's hut for a morning cuppa. Lovely, quirky place in a fantastic location. The owners are lovely, friendly people who have thought of everything and we had a fantastic time. Not for everybody - you need to be a bit agile to get in and out of the bed and the using kitchen and toilet involves a short walk outside but we didn't find that too much of a problem.
