This delightful property is just two miles from Looe, a popular historic port famous for its fishing tradition. Little-changed over the generations, Looe offers a mix of bistros, inns, restaurants, pubs and independent shops, or you could enjoy one of the many boat trips, which range from fishing expeditions to leisurely glass bottomed boat rides. Nearby is the picturesque Polperro, known for its colourful narrow streets. There is excellent access to the coastal paths so you can explore Cornwall’s dramatic landscapes by foot, or you could visit such local attractions as The Monkey Sanctuary, the Adrenalin Quarry, Go Karting, Porfell Wildlife Park, The Eden Project and the many National Trust Properties in the area.

This property is arranged across a single storey, and upon entering this stone barn conversion you will find the inviting and open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The barn's original exposed beams can be seen throughout the property and help to create a homely ambience. Complete with a TV and DVD, the lounge is perfect for spending a night in thanks to the electric-effect wood burner. The dining area, bridging the lounge and kitchen areas, has enough space to seat four guests. Within the well-equipped kitchen you will find an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer. Further into the property, you will find the property’s two bedrooms, which consist of one king-size bedroom and one twin. There is also a bathroom, featuring a large shower cubicle and a WC.

Outside of the property, guests can enjoy relaxing at their own seating area. There is also a large garden, shared with the other properties on the complex, to enjoy, complete with lawn, seating and glorious views out to sea and over to Looe.

We have stayed here many times because the outlook is beautiful, the gardens are well maintained, the cottages are lovely inside; they're comfortable and have everything you need to give a home from home feel. They are spotlessly cleaned and are maintained to a high standard.

An exceptional holiday cottage! Without doubt the best we have ever stopped in. The premises were totally superb in terms of location, cleanliness and equipment provided and Kate, the proprietor was so welcoming and helpful. We will definitely return soon.
