A lovingly styled four-storey cottage situated less than an 150-metre stroll from Brixham’s bustling harbour, the perfect location for couples looking to explore the beautiful South West Coast Path and dine in the seafront restaurants, cafes and visit local shops. Several beaches are within easy reach including the town’s main Breakwater Beach (0.6 miles), or take a 0.8-mile walk along the coast path to Fishcombe Cove. The other towns in the English Riviera are Paignton and Torquay, which are 5 miles and 8.5 miles respectively. Have a seaside day trip to one of the many beaches on the South Devon coast or visit Paignton Zoo Environmental Park for a great day out.

Enter this cottage which is spread across four floors, and step straight into the pretty first-floor kitchen/diner with access to two sets of stairs to go up or down. On the lower floor, you’ll find the first elegant double bedroom with en-suite shower and WC. Moving up the stairs you’re welcomed into the cosy lounge area with a wood burner, Smart TV and two sofas. Slightly down the corridor is the family bathroom with a hand-held shower over the bath and WC. Follow the final set of stairs up to the second double bedroom with pretty furnishings and views out over Brixham.

Whilst there is no outside space with this property, Brixham Harbour is just 150 metres away and is home to one of the largest fishing fleets, so you can enjoy watching the boats bob up and down whilst the fishermen make their catch of the day.

A lovely holiday in a beautiful cottage, very clean,cosy and quirky we loved it.... Only problem was parking....had to park in long,stay car park..so maybe parking fees should be shown in your advert.
