An attractive ground-floor apartment sleeping up to five guests and situated right in the heart of the historic spa town of Harrogate, just 0.2 miles from the Turkish Baths.

This property is in the perfect location for those who want to really get to know the beautiful spa town of Harrogate, as everything is right on the doorstep. The towns conference centre is just a short walk away, as is the towns impressive theatre with its gilded auditorium, both of which offer a full programme of events and entertainment. There are also two cinemas and a fantastic range of pubs and restaurants within walking distance of the property, giving guests a choice of nights out to enjoy without having to worry about booking taxis. Of course, the town is renowned for its history as a spa town and the Turkish Baths which are located just around the corner from the apartment, give visitors a chance to enjoy a range of spa sessions and treatments.

 

Several external steps lead up to the front door of this building, beyond which there is a communal hall. Entering the apartment, the first room that guests will come to is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a light-filled space with a large bay window which overlooks the front aspect of the property. The breakfast bar which seats four, is situated in the kitchen area, whilst the lounge area occupies the central space and offers two comfortable sofas, a TV/DVD with Sky channels, and an iPod dock. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and freezer and slimline dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer meanwhile, can be found in a separate communal laundry room. The first of the propertys two bedrooms is a double room which benefits from its own TV, whilst the second bedroom (accessed via two steps down) can be made up as either a twin or triple room on request, as it has two single beds with a third small single bed occupying a raised platform, suitable for a child. The bathroom has a sleek, contemporary feel to it and offers both a shower and bath, as well as a WC.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, the secure parking was a bonus. Town centre Shops and restaurants only five minutes walk away. Some great NT properties nearby, had a lovely break. Will return.

The location of this apartment was perfect; a short walk to the town centre, restaurants nearby and a large Asda a few minutes walk away. The assigned parking space was an essential bonus. The apartment was very clean and contained everything we needed for our stay. We found the sofas to be uncomfortable so if you wanted to relax in the evenings thRead moreis may be an issue. Great apartments in a very convenient central location that we have been returning to regularly for over 10 years. Clean, well equipped and comfortable with parking at the property and really handy for town centre shopping, restaurants and conference centre.
