Killin village is known as an extremely attractive place, surrounded by the stunning landscape of the Trossachs National Park. The village itself is home to the Falls of Dochart, which can be viewed from the village bridge and make up the western part of Loch Tay. The loch, which measures fifteen miles long, is the largest loch in Perthshire, and offers visitors the opportunity to try windsurfing and sailing, as well as being home to a shingle beach which can be found at the far end of the lake in Kenmore. The loch is flanked by the Ben Lawers mountain range, providing plenty of opportunities for keen walkers, who will be rewarded by stunning views.

This property offers spacious single-storey accommodation for four guests, surrounded by picturesque views of the surrounding hills. The lounge, which is the principal communal area of the property, is a light-filled space with a large picture window, a TV/DVD, and Alexa. The sun room, which is glazed on two sides with floor-to-ceiling windows, offers guests a second place to relax and enjoy one another’s company and is a particularly delightful place in which to unwind with a good book and admire the stunning views. Passing the separate dining room, guests will come to the kitchen which has a breakfast bar seating area, as well as being equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There are two bedrooms in the property: a king-size and a restful twin, as well as a bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC, and a shower room with a shower and WC.

Outside, the property benefits from an attractive landscaped garden, which is a great space to sit back and enjoy those fantastic views. Guests should be aware that there is a pond in the garden, and therefore children will need to be supervised.

Excellent accommodation, fully equipped and very clean. Could not fault it. Killin is a lovely village to stay in and Heatherbank 's position on the brow of the hill makes for wonderful views out of the windows.

The place is clean, equipped with every necessary item, comfortable, and has a great location. I can't recommend it enough to others, and if I ever come back to the area I know where to stay. On top of all that, the owner is friendly and welcoming, which makes the place even better, because I see that in every corner of the cottage.

An excellent house, very well equipped and very comfortable and spacious with a lovely sunroom and views of the hills and house martins. Well located for walking and visiting places of interest in the Trossachs.

Lovely cottage few minutes walk to cafes and shops. Nearby access to cycle route to Callendar and beyond. Huge living space, 2 modern bathrooms and modern well equipped kitchen.

5 star holiday - bungalow was spotless, comfortable, had all and more of the things you want, wonderful views and even the weather behaved. Situated near the falls and the village itself which made a pleasant walk, even though it was uphill. Coop nearby was well stocked and really friendly staff. Heatherbank was probably the nicest place weve ever stayed in anywhere. Highly recommended. It is clean and well kept and has the most amazing views and two very pretty walks down to Killin for food. We loved the rain room (we come from the sunniest place in the continental US, so we didnt need sun.)

Heatherview is a fantastic property, the house is well presented and equipped by the owners and the views from the property are superb. The central location in Killin, gives plenty of opportunity to explore the area.

It is a joy to stay here! Some of the best views of the area are here to be seen, from the comfort of the lounge or sun room. Excellent, the views from the lounge and sun room were outstanding. Very spacious, comfortable and pet friendly property, our spaniel loved it, all equipment you could want for your stay. Absolutely fabulous property, the best we have ever stayed in. We visit twice a year, with every visit surpassing the previous. Everything you could possibly need is supplied, cleanliness is second to none, the views from the sunroom, master bedroom and lounge are astounding.
