This iconic 1974 Air Stream Argosy sits in an elevated position capturing far-reaching sea views. Within walking distance of Woolacombe’s village centre, spectacular beach, pubs and restaurants.

Situated on a hillside in a raised position, overlooking the resort of Woolacombe, which is within walking distance of the Air Stream via a coast parth. Woolacombe boasts a wonderful 3-mile wide sandy beach, perfect for families, and also popular with surfers. Those who want to try their hand at surfing and other sea-based water sports can take a lesson at the Woolacombe Surf Centre. There is a range of eateries in the village, as well as a selection of shops. Further afield, there are many other attractive beaches close by, including those at Croyde and Saunton Sands, as well as the popular Victorian harbour town of Ilfracombe, which is just 6 miles away.  Within a few minutes you are onto the many popular cycle routes in North Devon as well as Lee Woods and Spreacombe Woods which are great for Mountain Biking.

This iconic Air Stream Argosy has been carefully refitted with bespoke interior and central heating into a stylish and private bolthole to get away from it all at any time of the year. The property nestles its own space, within the grounds of another holiday property, and is accessed from the parking area by an approximate 100-meter sloping path. As you step inside this truly unique property you will find yourself in the lounge/kitchen/diner area. The lounge/dining area, with the beautifully crafted burr table, enjoys the most amazing far-reaching views over Woolacombe Bay, where you can watch the incoming weather flood across the bay while enjoying your favourite programme on the Smart TV or a good book. The kitchen area is elegantly fitted out, with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and coffee machine all set within the beautifully handcrafted wooded units. From here head towards the rear of the Air Stream where you will find the cosy double bedroom and compact shower room with shower and WC.

Push open the door, and the decking immediately becomes part of the living space, seamlessly linking inside to outside. With al fresco dining furniture, the raised decking is the perfect spot to take in the Woolacombe vibe. Have breakfast outside, enjoy the sunshine and plan the next day’s adventures with your favourite drink in hand. There is also a hot tub, which is particularly inviting at night when guests can enjoy the bubbles under the star-filled skies. There is a shed behind the Air Stream where you can store wet suits. There is parking for two cars approximately 100 metres from the property accessed via a sloping path, and there is a trolley to help with luggage.

Lovely views and very peaceful. The hot tub was a bonus after long walks but make sure you take the lid off to allow the water to cool down. Couple of times it was too hot. Bed was very comfy. A beautifully restored Airstream. The bed is extremely comfortable. Very secluded with fantastic views. On a very high location, not for the unfit if wanting to walk to/from town as 35 minute walk on steep and uneven grounding. A fantastic and quirky holiday home. Exactly as in the photos, really is such a lovely place to stay! Hot tub was wonderful in the evening with a glass of wine and that view! We had quite a chilly night on the last night (very windy) and so I would advise bringing blankets as none were provided at the property. We also couldnt work out how to use tRead morehe oven, so instructions would have been useful! If youre after a unique place to stay; this is for you! Hide
