Centrally located between the Eden Project and Lanhydrock House in the centre of Cornwall. To the south are the coastal towns of Fowey, Looe and Charlestown. To the North, lies the ever popular destinations of Port Isaac - famed in the TV show Doc Martin, Padstow, Polzeath - one of the countries surfing hot spots and the lovely village of Rock. From the cottage you can visit the local village pubs at Lanivet, Luxulyan and Lanlivery. Attractions include cycling at Cardinham Woods, the National Lobster Hatchery, Newquay Zoo, Karting at St Eval, many National Trust properties and an 18 hole golf course in Bodmin.

Upon arrival enter this attached property into the stunning, bespoke lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is well-equipped and perfect for all your holiday home cooking requirements. The kitchen comprises of electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. After a day exploring the area, kick back and relax in the lounge before taking time out to enjoy your favourite movie on the Smart TV complete with Sky package. A central staircase leads to the first floor bedroom, a king-size which is adorned with fine linen to aid a blissful night’s sleep, TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

Heading outside and accessed via the lounge area is the enclosed rear courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ, the perfect spot to relax after a day's adventures and enjoy the evening sun. There is off-road parking for one car available.

Nothing to improve!!!! this property was 5 star perfect. The property owners were lovely and everything was catered for. This is the best property we have ever stayed in. We will definitely be back

Janet and Colin are the perfect host. The only problem is the property is a bit isolated and you will need a car.

Janet and Colin made us very welcome at their stunning cottage and gardens. This cottage is without doubt the most impressive that we have stayed in to date. The kitchen was very well equipped and appeared to be brand new, with WI FI and SKY TV. The bedroom was beautifully colour coordinated, with a king size bed. We were able to watch SKY TV in beRead mored. The bathroom and shower were immaculate. There was so much storage that we could have brought twice as much as we did. Hide

Modern, well designed and equipped apartment. Perfect two. Location was ideal for visiting local attractions and owners friendly and welcoming. It was a perfect week away and we had a peaceful and highly enjoyable weeks holiday.

A fabulous little gem, down a country lane. Its is fairly central for exploring Cornwall and all it has to offer. The home owners we warm, welcoming and very friendly. leaving milk tea & coffee. The accommodation was very clean well presented it was a home from home. Well equipped kitchen, however we didnt do any cooking. Accommodation is set out on 2 levels, kitchen and living in 1 area which is small but perfect for 2. Bedroom and on-suite up stairs which was comfy, clean and very modern.
