This property is situated in the village of Weare Giffard, with the its popular pub, The Cyder Presse, which serves home cooked food and specialises in locally produced cider. The Tarka Trail, a 32-mile long traffic-free cycling and walking trail, is just a short walk from the property, offering walks for all abilities. Entering this property, guests come to the hallway, with handy boot storage. The kitchen area occupies its own corner at the top of the stairs, and is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge. The bedroom is also located on the first floor: a spacious double room with a huge full-height window offering countryside views over the patio and towards the river. There is a shower room on the ground floor with shower cubicle and WC.
