This charming cottage is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Nestled amid 40 acres of beautiful countryside and woodland with decked viewing platforms where you can admire the magnificent panoramic scenery. The immediate location offers walking, biking and hiking routes. Just 1.5 miles from the picturesque village of Abernyte with an antiques centre and bistro café. The cities of Perth and Dundee are within 14 miles with their range of facilities. Visit the splendid Scone Palace and magnificent Glamis Castle, fascinating V&A museum and Camperdown Wildlife Centre or enjoy a day out at Perth Races. Golfers are spoilt for choice with Carnoustie, St Andrews and Gleneagles all within 30 miles. Fishermen can enjoy the nearby River Tay (10 miles), renowned for trout and salmon fishing.

Step inside this lovely detached single-storey cottage into the light and bright lounge. Relax on the comfortable sofas and watch a great film on the Smart TV or listen to your music on the Bluetooth speaker, and on those cooler evenings, light up the fantastic roaring open fire. The lovely kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and washing machine. There is also a dining area with views over the garden and surrounding woodland. There is a stylish shower room with a shower and WC. Finally, completing the accommodation is the pretty king-size bedroom.

Venturing outside there is a patio area with seating and charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining or lazy evening stargazing and a private wood-fired hot tub to enjoy. There is also shared use of a wood-fired Swedish sauna, gym, tennis court, croquet lawn and summer house. Enjoy shared use of a games room with pool table, table football, darts board, table tennis selection of board games and books. Guests are welcomed to explore the 40 acres of woodland and countryside through the established tracks with decked viewing platforms or meet the characterful pet sheep. The cottage was amazing! We bumped into Tim when we arrived and he was really helpful with suggestions of where to go The cottage was small but perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed it here taking in the scenery, amazing walks on your doorstep and the hot tub was gorgeous of an evening Overall we had an amazing time and will definitely be returning

Very comfortable, cozy cottage in a lovely quiet location. Very well equipped and had everything you could need. Great wood fired hot tub. Lovely walks all around the countryside on your doorstep or a short drive away. Would highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Honeysuckle Cottage. Well maintained and beautiful peaceful location. Went on two of the walks on the farm. Lots of local places to pop to as well such as the antique centres. Cottage is comfortable, well equipped and felt very private which is lovely. The cottage is in a beautiful and quiet setting but only sort distance from both Perth and Dundee . The cottage has everything you need and more . Big comfy bed . Relaxing couch with cosy log burner. Hot tub to finish ur relaxing off cant rate it highly enough.

A perfect, magical and fun week spent by us both, thank you! I enjoyed the night skies and watching the tree creepers and red squirrels from the hot tub... It was the cosiest cottage perfectly supplied. Peaceful and friendly with plenty to do and play as well. I hope to be back to stay soon :)

If you want a relaxing retreat, this is the place for sure. There is a hot tub in the garden and its an art form as you heat with log burner and must stir the water.. there was ice when we arrived so could be a cold tub option also, plentiful logs on site provided and the satisfaction of stoking the fire for the tub is immense and lovely in the darRead morek and rain too. The cottage has all you need for compact comfort and cosiness again with the option of a log fire, so always warm. Also a sauna n gym. Hide

Honeysuckle cottage was a perfect getaway for us and our furr babies, we were able to totally relax and unwind for a few days, beautiful walks and everything was very well thought out, we had everything we needed and more.

Lovely quiet location with a log burning hottub and fireplace for cosy feet up and relaxation. Lots of info re walks was useful for taking the dog for a walk. My husband loved the local beer and cider too.

This is a lovely wee cottage set in the country but still only ten minutes drive from the main road with Perth and Dundee only twenty minutes away. The area was quiet and had plenty of walking paths to suit all tastes. The weather was good and I made use of the outdoor BBQ to cook and relaxed in the private wood fired hot tub. What a wonderful stay! The cottage was super cosy and the surrounding grounds were so quiet. There are some really lovely routes to explore on site - we enjoyed walking The Hill Path on day 1. We also ventured a little further afield, to the local Antiques Centre, on our last day.
