The cottage is in an excellent location with the beautiful beach just across the dune. It is functional, simply furnished with a good shower and comfortable beds with very clean bed linen. The downstairs through room is light and feels spacious and the patio is a sun trap, although the peacocks arent welcome guests there. Northumberland is a wonderRead moreful venue for a holiday and appears to have been discovered by a very appreciative wider public recently but it has enough space to absorb us all! Hide

The lodge was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and especially liked the close proximity of the beach and having access to coastal walks from your door. It was peaceful and relaxing and is an excellent base for visiting the area.

The cottage at Link End was perfect. It was very well equipped for all our self catering needs. The rooms were spotless , beds very comfortable and the outside patio was great for enjoying the sun and sunsets. This is a great location for a family with a good play area for the children to play and meet new friends. The closeness of the beach is the big plus and even in April we managed to spend lots of time on the beach which our 11 and 8 year old boys loved. While the properties are close to each other we didn't feel crowded in and we weren't troubled bRead morey noisy neighbours. A lovely set up and we'd recommend it to others. Hide
