The peaceful village of Kemerton is a haven for walkers and cyclists alike. Set within breath-taking countryside and within easy reach of Bredon Hill, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You can visit the ancient Saxon town of Winchcombe, nestling in a beautiful Cotswold valley or for motor enthusiasts why not enjoy a day at The Prescott Hill Climb. The village of Broadway boasts a traditional, historic high street of honey coloured cottages, shops, cafes and restaurants. Further afield you could enjoy the racing at Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon. Cheltenham is home to famous literature and food festivals, while Stratford has everything for lovers of theatre and culture. The Vale of Evesham is home to the simply stunning Blossom Festival in the springtime and the Plum Festival in the autumn.

There are comfortable leather sofa’s perfect for relaxing on after a day exploring in front of the TV, and a dining area that’s perfect for two. The kitchen has been finished in a contemporary style and is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools in the kitchen. So, when the day is done, there is a king-size bedroom with views onto the gardens. Completing the accommodation is the shower room with double shower and WC.

Step outside and enjoy a morning coffee or pre-dinner drinks on the patio, you can relax and enjoy the views onto the owner’s gardens. There is off-road allocated parking for one car.
