Fabulous location for accessing the coast for walks, beach days, great places to eat locally, would need a car to stay here in our opinion, the chippy on site was great, the local shop expensive and closed earlier than expected. Tons of storage in the chalet and always warm hot water, very dog friendly

This is a well placed chalet for walking the coastal paths around Gower. Convenient shop, and the bus to Rhossili stops only yards away.

We had a fabulous time in Scurlage, great location. The local shop is wonderful with super staff. Having a popular chip shop on the doorstep was a bonus. The local walking was great, being (a slightly extended) walking distance from the beach was lovely. The public footpaths around Scurlage are not especially well used and you do need decent footweRead morear, good observation skills and some navigation experience. The coastal paths are much better used and very easy to follow. The Gower is beautiful Hide

A really lovely chilled week even in April. Great location for exploring The Gower in any direction. The communal garden was really good for coming home after a day out to relax again. Brilliant village shop so very near by that supplied all we needed. Wales was in their first lessening of lockdown restrictions so not so much that we could see but Read morethat did not matter as the sun shone. Hide
