Visit the famous flight of locks at Caen Hill in Devizes.There is a also great selection of shops and eateries to explore nearby or why not hop on the train and visit the historic cities of Bath or Salisbury. Bath is home to the famous Roman Baths, costume museum and Abbey, whilst Salisbury Cathedral boasts a copy of the Magna Carta.

A long, unmade driveway leads through a shared yard to the main entrance of this characterful former barn. Once inside you are met with a charming lounge/kitchen/diner, decorated with care in neutral tones. This was a lovely cottage in a great location Ideally located to Trowbridge and to the Kennet and Avon canal The cottage is very well equipped and very comfortable The hosts are very knowledgeable of the local area and very hospitable

The hosts were very kind and helpful. The accommodation was spotless and very accommodating for our dog to stay. The cottage had everything you needed. A lovely place to stay to explore the surrounding areas.

This a little gem hidden away but within reasonable distance to explore some of the south wests towns and lovely countryside. Our hosts were lovely and on hand to recommend walks along the canal as well as the best pubs to visit! I would highly recommend this cottage.
