Gorgeous cottage and lovely neighbour. Such a shame about the unsightly building site opposite and their noisy 7am start. We parked on the driveway next to the garage due to large lorries passing on the narrow lane. Despite the site, there's still lovely views to Northam Burrows, Braunton and Baggy Point. There were a few minor cleanliness issues bRead moreut all was resolved so wasn't too much of an issue. All In all a cosy, comfy little cottage. Hide

A very comfortable place to stay, and a good location for walking the Coastal Path, and close to Westward Ho ! - Spotlessly clean, and with excellent beds and a good shower. There was some disturbance from the building site at the front, but this should only be a temporary problem.

We had a great week. The location is beautiful with amazing views from the property. We watched the rabbits playing on the fields opposite most evenings. The cottage was very clean and everything was provided for a self catering holiday. It was ideal for 2 adults, 2 children and our dog. Parking was on the lane 100 metres or so from the property. WRead moree managed to park easily and safely with an SUV. Hide

We (2 adults, 1 dog) had a lovely 5 night stay end of May 2022, very lucky with the weather as it was sunny every day. The cottage has a small courtyard area at the back with sea views in the distance and we saw the sunset every night from there. There is some building work (new estate starting between the sea and the cottage but this area is lowerRead more than the cottage so does not detract from the view, we heard no significant noise even on the weekdays. Lovely stay, nice pub/beach close by. Hide

Lovely cottage with great views. We enjoyed our stay and the area. Current building site in opposite field was no issue at all, didn't hear a thing.
